Artawi Gallery aims to establish a small photography book library. The creative community can access and read books during free gallery time. Once we accumulate enough books, we plan to create a dedicated library.
What is Artawi Library?
In Ethiopia, with no proper photography school, most photographers are self-taught, relying on internet resources. Obtaining photography books is challenging due to foreign currency and logistics issues. Photography books are crucial for learning and practicing, providing a tangible body of work.
